Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy I want your experience to feel spacious, supportive, and easy — so here’s how booking works: Scheduling All sessions are booked through my online calendar. You’re welcome to schedule as far in advance as you’d like. Sessions are held via Zoom unless otherwise noted. Rescheduling Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Anything moved within that window may be considered a late change. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are fine. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are considered a used session. Late Arrivals If you’re running late, I’ll hold the meeting for 15 minutes. After that, the session is marked as completed. I’ll always do my best to give you the full experience, but we finish on time to respect both our schedules. Communication Access Between sessions, you’ll have access to our shared communications channel for questions, check-ins, and support. Response times are typically within business hours, Monday–Friday. Refunds Because this work requires commitment and co-creation, all bookings, programs, and payments are non-refundable. This protects the container and ensures we both show up fully. Commitment When you book with me, you’re claiming space for your growth.
