Legacy Coaching & Consulting

Serious work for people who are serious about what they're building.
I work with a small number of clients at a time. Every engagement is built around your specific situation — not a program, not a curriculum, not a course.
How to Engage
Starting point
Strategy intensive
A half-day or full-day session built around your most pressing challenge — a decision you're sitting on, a transition you're navigating, a gap between where you are and where you're trying to go.
We go deep. You walk away with a decision made, a clear point of view on the challenge, and a written framework you can actually use going forward — not a summary of what we discussed, but a tool for what comes next. Most clients describe it as the clearest they've thought about their business in years.

Most common engagement
Private advisory retainer
Ongoing partnership for the business owner or business leader who wants a consistent, trusted thinking partner as they lead, scale, and build their legacy. This is the work that compounds — over time, clients move faster on decisions, lead with more consistency, stop second-guessing themselves in rooms that matter, and build organizations that actually reflect what they set out to create.
Retainer clients get structured sessions plus real access between sessions when something time-sensitive comes up. I'm not an email reply. I'm a partner who knows your business, knows your blind spots, and is genuinely invested in your outcomes.

Peer advisory group
A curated, intimate gathering of high-achieving peers — business owners and senior business leaders at similar levels, working through shared challenges in a room that holds the same standard they hold for themselves.
This is not a mastermind. There's no stage, no pitch deck, no guest speakers. It's a serious conversation among serious people, facilitated by someone who knows how to hold the room and push the thinking.

What happens when you reach out
You reach out
A short message — what you're building, what brought you here, what you're looking for.
We talk
A 30-minute conversation. No pitch, no pressure. You'll leave with something useful regardless.
We decide together
If it's a fit, I'll tell you exactly how I'd approach working together. If it isn't, I'll say so.
We begin
Most clients start with an intensive, then move to a retainer. Some come knowing what they want.
Common questions
How do I know if I'm the right kind of client?
You're already succeeding by most measures. You're not here because things are broken — you're here because you want the next level to mean something, and you know you'll get there faster with the right partner. If that's you, we should talk.
What kinds of business leaders do you work with?
CEOs, founders, managing partners, and senior executives — typically running companies between $5M and $200M, or leading significant teams inside larger organizations. What they share isn't an industry or a title. It's that they're serious about what they're building and they know that the right thinking partner accelerates everything.
Do you work virtually or in person?
Both. Retainer sessions are primarily virtual. Intensives can be in person — and for clients where it makes sense, I travel to them.
How long do clients typically work with you?
Most retainer clients stay for years, not months. The work compounds — the longer we work together, the faster and deeper we move. That said, there's no obligation beyond your initial commitment.
Is this confidential?
Completely. Every client relationship is held in strict confidence. I don't share client names, situations, or outcomes — ever. This is non-negotiable.
What's the investment?
Retainer pricing is discussed in our initial conversation. It's a significant investment — designed for people who are serious about their outcomes and understand the value of the right partnership at this level.
